1. Terms of Service

  • Service Provision: Albums Digital is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to discontinue or alter our services without prior notice. Any new features or tools which are added to the current service shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.

  • Service Termination: We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms & Conditions.

2. Content

  • User Content: Users may upload digital photos to create personal albums. By uploading images, you agree to comply with local laws and regulations and certify that the content does not violate any laws.

  • Prohibited Content: The uploading of images containing pornography or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for the content of their photos and must ensure that they do not infringe on any laws or rights.

3. Subscription and Pricing

  • Free Account: Each user is granted one free album upon registration.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are available, which allows users to own up to 30 albums. Details regarding subscription fees and benefits are available on our website.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to our website or via email.

4. Liability

  • General: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albums Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; any conduct or content of any third party on the service; any content obtained from the service; and unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

  • Service Downtime: Albums Digital shall not be liable for any failure to store, or for loss or corruption of, your data. Users are responsible for keeping backups of their data.

5. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 4 weeks' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
