Questions about paying
How does billing work?
Paid plans are charged once a year through Stripe. You'll get a receipt by email and can change or cancel your plan any time from Plan & billing.
What happens to my albums if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your albums stay viewable, shareable and downloadable; you just can't add more than the Free plan allows until you upgrade again.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and Stripe credits what's left of your current year.
Do the people I share with need to pay?
No. Visitors never need an account or a plan to leaf through, like or comment.
